Now I don’t speak Japanese’s but from what I hear energon has just been ruined in translation, people speak of super link being on par with beast wars, I’m finding energon to just be bleh, I’m actually enjoying watching super link more even though I don’t understand a word of it. u can get episodes of superlink with subtitles

u can get episodes of superlink with subtitles Cool thanks, I suspected as much I’ve just been to lazy to look and of course there is always the fear that it’s just as bad in Japanese.

Now I don't speak Japanese's but from what I hear energon has just been ruined in translation, people speak of super link being on par with beast wars, I'm finding energon to just be bleh, I'm actually enjoying watching super link more even though I don't understand a word of it. Edited cos for some reason all the ' turned in ?Yeah, the translation's bad, but believing that the show's on a par with Beast Wars without it is just anime-fans deluding themselves. Beast Wars was done by an experienced and enthusiastic team who, as they went along got more and more into Transformers as a whole. Energon's done by people who are new to the technology, and have no problem tearing great holes in the slim whisper of continuity they established. Put it this way: In Beast Wars, I didn't spend each episode clutching the armrests muttering "Don't mess this up... just don't mess it up." In Energon I do. Only I don't use the word 'mess'.

i just really wih that sky would give toonami more bandwidth so the bitrate could be higher just watching it it hurts as soon as any movement kicks in i can see the pixalation and graininess kick in. and yes my sky dish does give me full reception and full signal quality

I've given up. I just can't watch it any more. I tried to be fair, I tried to be kind, but I just couldn't keep it up. And here's why:
Getting up in time to go to work, I had time to watch a 7.00-7.30 program before leaving the house. At the same time that Energon was on, so was Zoids on Sky 1, starting from the beginning again. And it was so much better than Energon.
They're both based on toy lines. They're both made in Japan. They're both combining traditional 2D with 3D cell-shaded animation.
But there's just too much of a gap between them. Zoids is by far the better show. It shows up Energon is every way possible.

I saw Zoids again in the week, and I have to agree. They should get the team that translated it to do Transformers. Still, at least the guy who did Doc Toros voice is doing Dr. Jones in Energon.

Just been watching episode 24 .. and Id just like to say I really think Mirage is a great character .. a brilliant improvement on Tidal Wave, more powerfull even though he is smaller and has more intelligence .. almost a rival to shockblast in my eyes ..

So what options are there for getting Toonami other than Sky? I wish they'd put it on Topup TV instead of lame-o Cartoon Network

..I'm losing hope for the show after seeing his ep. Seriously bad dubbing, excessive laughing within the script and even poor acting. Ironhide did his best impression of Woody from Toy story runnning towards the camera with his hands waving above his head ...also what really bugged me is when Op says "don't quit you day job just yet!" to the scientist with regards to the grid. His a scientist for heaven sake, that is his day job! I'm not sure what happened to Kaye, but Megs was not voiced by him in this ep. It sounded more like Rhinox oddily. Sarfraz

The Energon Grid episode was just awful. It's a shame because i think that some of the episodes like Megatrons raid and Legend of Rodimus were quite good. Every time i think the show is getting better this is what comes next!
