Here's a stupid no brainer question that I can't find the answer to. I think the figures are great BT inspired Alts with painted plastic to improve the finish and can, to an extent, ignore the figurine supplied in the packaging.
So why is everyone shouting about this series involving "pre-teen" girls kissing Transformers? I can understand the "being ejected naked and covered in goo" might only appeal to a specific group but it's the age of the players that is causing the grief. Evidence suggests that these girls have to be over eighteen due that being the age where you can start driving. Two are employed by the government to be a type of police or militia whilst the third is a revolutionary. Is there an actual statement where their ages are disclosed or is it conjecture based on the depiction via the anime style art used or the suggestive context of the piece? I am still searching for full translation of the radio play to actually read through and the net is full of complaints and toy news making searches difficult.
I have found that even the TF wiki, how reliable this is I don't know, states Marissa Faireborn (so much history in that name) is supposedly in her twenties.

What exactly is Kiss Players anyway? Is it a new anime? Bad question to ask. It involves pre-teen and teenage girls kissing Transformers and fusing with them. Its not as bad as people make out, but the in-your-face Lolita type poses in the comics and packaging are enough to enrage loads of people. After reading a translation of the comics and radio-play I'd say its on par with an average episode of Armada. That's a tad disturbing. Cheers for the info. o.O

What's happening with these? I haven't heard anything since I originally said I wanted a set.

I sent emails out to everyone who had ordered, though not everyone has replied yet. ** Checks listing **
Yep, Trek, No 3 on list, emailed on 11th January asking for payment as e-Hobby took the money for the toys a month earlier then expected.
Basically they are released at the end of March, so we should get them in April (unless they get released in the 3rd week in March, then we may get them in the 4th - though I doubt it).
The sets were ordered, 36 sets of them, can you send me an IM with an email address to contact you on then, as I used the one you registered on the board.

Should only be a month now until these figures are released and make it to us. As my order of 1 THS Convoy and Black Convoy got hit by customs, I'm already planning for my next visit to collect these guys

Have all of the toys boxed now, which have been paid for. They'll be going out tomorrow / saturday (saturday for most of them, as the PO near me is only open at certain times and I have work).
The boxes are smaller then I anticipated, so you have "hand crafted" boxes for most of them - as usual, and I've tried padding them out as best I could - my mum through out the padding I bought home from work today (grr) thought it was old bits.
Let me know when they arrive
