Yeah more characters will be included in the newer ones. You all live in "The Devilhole" or whatever I decide to call it.
I can take requests if you have an idea what you're character should look like. Steve and Dave were based on old pictures from some convention or another where they had their hair dyed crazy colors. They are probably the only ones save for Steel who are based on what the people actually look like.
You can find a crap load of megaman sprites on the net... but I tend to try and customize each one so its not just total stealing
