Perhaps one day I'll find myself a fishbowl Prowl as they have the Honda/Acura labels unlike the redbox one. Maybe I'll finally find a bluebox Tracks but I don't think such a thing exists. I suppose there is the possible chance I'll buy doubles of Meister, Ricochet and Rollbar to reprolabel as Decepticons Hydro, Skywarp and Tantrum. Maybe I'll even try for the BTA series and the BT recolours yellow Tracks, Blue Prowl and G1 Skids etc. etc. etc....
I could go on but I don't expect there will be much more collecting unless there as more Alternators specials or if the next Masterpiece is worth while. If any main lines come my way they are most likely to be the Classics/Universe 2.0. I did buy an extra Alt Prime and Alt Ravage in case I get the urge (time and space too) to make my own Magnus or SteelJaw.

Wow, didn't realise I had missed out on so many Alts. Oh well, not enough room as it is, toys back in boxes is the next step I have to do before I get any new toys anyway.

90% of those are opened and just put away carefully so I don't have to dust them so often! I know thats cheating and I would love to display them as I could get so much more of my collection on the shelves. I suppose I am just too busy (or lazy) to get up and clean them all once a week lol!

So now I have added masses more to the shelf it looks ridiculously crowded. Question is do I display the Alts and BT's "au naturel" and bin the boxes? I did not buy them for profit but for pleasure so part of me says do it but the collector geek (which is lazy) says "Nooooo!" they'll get dusty let alone lose value.
Such a hard choice... *sigh*

Without boxes. Everything should be freed from its plastic prison, just watch the youtube video I emailed you the other day.

They have been freed and replaced in their protective outer coverings already...
But if I do free them indefinately what do I do with the boxes? I have little enough room for what I am displaying currently, to add empty boxes to the tally might push the missus right overboard!

I stand by what i said to you on the phone. Cut out any art work you like, keep the instructions and anything else you like flat in a clear plastic wallet in a folder. Bin the rest. Space is your friend.

Sell the boxes on ebay, collectors will buy them.
