It looks like I'll be screening the live action Transformers Movie on my table as well as some Beast Machines, Beast Wars & G1 episodes....... as well as the original 86 Movie at some point through the weekend.

hope you got the rights to play the movies in public as they specifically tell you that you can't under the copyright info at the beginning....
any company bods ( if any go of course ) walking round may take exception to public displays of such a new movie
even though I think it's a cool idea to get people in I'd be wary of doing it myself
anything in the public domain like the new cartoons may be safe though

That had complete slipped my mind!! I didn't have anyone complain....... I did have some kids who stayed at my table to watch the WHOLE movie, only for the parents to then walk up to them saying 'I've been looking for you everywhere!" One very interesting thing that came from it was that the guys from Red Dwarf were signing close by, and Danny John Jules asked me if he could play the trailer of his new movie 'Sucker Punch' on my dvd player. Turned out that was the first bit of footage ever screened in public! Was pretty cool as loads crowded around to watch it. You can see the dvd player in the background on my table playing his trailer.
