I always liked his techspec and the fact he thinks he is really good looking.
The true master of no sell!

Got the comic last week whilst in NYC. Fantastic stuff - just what I was hoping for. Using the "non-show" characters is the way to go.
Is this a limited series - I've not been paying attention - if so (boo). I want an ongoing story. They can then meet the cartoon characters in some "special longer" stories, but keep to the other characters for the rest.
I'll love to see a BW2 Galvatron in a comic.
By far the best TF comic I've read for years - even better than the DW special (which I loved Aron Archer's comic).

Agreed on every count. As far as I know its supposedly ongoing (not that it means anything these days)

I agree totally with Rainstorm & Squirtle...
so far superb....I hope they make it a regular series...
not fussed to much about the G1 comic...I thought this was limited to 4 issues
people who havn't done so...give beast wars / machines a try. Your missing out.

Beast Wars is a four parter. However, G1 was announced as a four parter at first and it's now been announced to be ongoing, so don't panic.
Tis good though this, isn't it?

Issue 2 is out.
Still very good even though it dosn't carry the first issue's impact. I think its mainly because we see the maximals in beastmode the majoraty of the time.
It clears up some of the questions I had about the first issue. Like why Razorbeast didn't just have all the protoforms become maximal.
Very nice towards the end. Next issue TM2 Ravage woohoo
Hopefuly we will see B'boom and Ramulus kick some butt as I love those guys

Coo, that means we can pick it up on Sat when we go to the pub meet, excellent.
I really enjoyed the first one too, though why was Ravage called Tripredcus Agetn after beign caleld Ravage/ Was it just a case of they drew the wrogn person?
I also want to see Big Covnvoy in it and Cicadacon.
Why was sea-saurus on land at the end of issue 1, its just wrong.

lol... expect to see more of Sea-saurus on land. Seems he spends most of his time that way I think Ravage is called Tripredcus Agent as a title more than his name. They refer to him as The once and former Tri-pidicus agent on one occasion and Ravage on another. I'd love to see Big Convoy.. but it seems that we will more likely see Lio instead

I loved this issue just as much as the first.
Stuff I marked out for:
Spittor and B'boom's terminator like damage. The ripping away of flesh to reveal the mechanical robot underneath looks awesome!
B'bom acting bad ass although like Steel says we need to see him kick some butt Polar Claw style.
Spittor also taking out Ramulus was brilliant and a fun use of the tounge attack.
Drillbit continues to shine despite being a toy everyone rags on.
Interesting to see them try and get Optimus Minor over, he might be an even harder prospect than Injector lol.
and of course - OMG Ravage. Im not a big Ravage fan but the cartoon tie in is brilliant!

Yeah thats why I said his TM2 form. It actualy shows a penciled version on one of the last pages. Although he has the beast head inplace instead of the robot one.

Yes the Tripredacus Agent body. I saw that on the pencil preview at the back of the comic too. A nice step and makes good use of the before now silly toy.
