Which BW toys are show accurate?

I gather most of the Transmetal and later toys are pretty show accurate, but what are the original/S1 toys like?

The S1 BW toys aren't really show accurate but they still look really cool

i love all the BW toys, they are just so fun to play with

I saw a custom anime colour waspinator on ebay recently .. not much of a custom as only the eyes were coloured .. but it did look cool

Well, quite a few, on the whole. The original Primal and Megs toys (not the bat/croc ones, the Ultra gorrilla/t-rex ones) were quite heavily accurate other than a couple of minor details, such as Megs being able to remove his tail-gauntlet, and Primal's mouthplate. The most innaccurate they got were Dinobot and Blackarachnia, but since the latter was a repaint, perhaps its not so big a deal.

In general, throughout the series the most common differences between toy and show appearence were in the details, such as TM2 Blackarachnia's shoulderpads and original Rattrap's 'wings'.

I just did notice this as well as my search on EBAY for BW S1 toys has failed miserably.. Only Megs and Optimus Primal were to my liking as all other figs pretty much sucked..

I think some of the series 1 basics are excellent toys. Perhaps amonsgt the best small scale TF ever prodcued.

As for their show accuracy, Rattrap isnt terrible.

Rattrap is one of the better ones also! And Im really starting to like Cheetor!It kinda grows on you.
