Spotted 2 Cybertron Optimus Primes In my local branch this afternoon.
There was no ticket on the shelf so unfortunately I wasn't able to find out the price.
I checked the Alts while I was there and they haven't sold any of the eight they got in last week.

Interesting, I wonder why they decided to jump back on the TF bandwagon? Merely due to Xmas perhaps?

Interesting, I wonder why they decided to jump back on the TF bandwagon? Merely due to Xmas perhaps? more than likely the movie coming out next year hype is building and the licensing and merchandising for the toys starts now in fact there's a trade only licensing show at the end of the month I'm thinking of going to as the movie companies will be pimping their movie branded stuff

bear in mind also that the TV show is now showing on free to air TV, rather than just Cartoon Network.

true, I thought they'd hold off till the classics, pehaps general UK sales are up for TFs, though with several major ToyMaster chains going under last week more toy stores will be closing down

One of the main ToyMaster chains, ToyMaster Kingdom recently went into administration. that's not the ToyMaster group itself, nor will it effect most outlets, just the ToyMaster Kiindom outlets.
Here's the aricle, I was going to cover it on our news page but decided not too, it was from the 11th September

I used to work for them. Given their quality of managment and operational direction back then it hardly surprises me.
