After overhearing a conversation between the instore managers and what I believe to be a regional manager in TRU yesterday..I believe there will be a sale on transformers soon...
Words like 2 weeks, before xmas, price reduction, over stocked, loads more out the back, no room on the shelves, not sold any 20th anniversary primes or inferno's etc etc were being muttered.
Now the vector prime - starscream 2 pack (the reason why I was there) has already been reduced as we all know..by the sounds of this this is just the start.
I would still classify this as a rumor so may not happen but going off the level of suits discussing this we can hope.
Problem is the big ones just arn't selling fast enough.

Apparently there will be a 3 for 2 deal ccoming in the first week of November, just like the launch of Cybertron.

hope so i want a cheap primus i turned one down in june for £40 and hope they go on clearance , i saw one for £60 today in the entertainer... outragous

if thats a 3 for 2 in early november it might coincide with the release of Classics and they want to make shelf space for them

yeah the last tf i bought from a store was.......
god I actually cant remember aside from a few of the attactix the last purchase was a supreme starscream from the next but last collectormania
no idea from tru or woolies or anything like that ........ might have been an energon something or other
oh yeah last tf's I actually purchased from a shop was energon skyblast........

girlfriends folks went shopping yesterday for xmas pressies for her 8 year old brother, think they said that most if not all cybertron toys are 50% off. Could be wrong though

Its a common occurance. Both Armada Unicron and Energon Omega Supreme were sold at clearance for £10-£20 in places like Asda and Woolies not so long ago. Sarfraz |
