Ok I've just bought Astrotrain new on eBay to complete Wave 1 (and feel like I've reached a cut off point to save some money before starting on Wave 2). Just curious as to why he doesn't seem so commonly available compared to the other five figures in Wave 1. Don't recall seeing him on Play.com either. Has he officially been released in the UK or not?

nope he wasn't in wave one in the uk
wave 1 special mix/ wave 2 had him in with mirage and grimlock and are out now
wave 2?? ( my wholesaler has pretty iffy numbers on waves see above as i ordered wave 1.5 and the boxes are marked wave 2 ) has ramjet and cliffjumper in and is due feb/march
classics legends ( the LOC scale ones) will be in stock friday

1.5? Ok bit confused now. I best just consider Astrotrain as being Wave 1 like the others I have else I'll feel compelled to dip into my overdraft to get Grimlock and Mirage.
Is Jetfire in Wave 2 or is he by himself. He's voyager like Prime and Megatron ain't he? Curious as to why there doesn't seem to be a Decepticon counterpart.

jetfire has not shown up on ANY of my pre-orders yet oddly
not sure if that means he's not coming to the uk or they are just being a bit slack........
as for the 1.5 special mix its common for hasbro to do .5 waves with extra figures or different numbers of existing figures in

Funny. Here in the States, A-Train is most common while Screamer and Rod are difficult to find.

So he may be avaliable to the UK. Given that Prime and Megs are still fairly new out it'll be another month or two before Jetfire is seen. |
