I saw Broadside in "The Burden Hardest to Bare." What is his story? I do not remember him from any other episode. Was he in any other episodes?

In "The Killing Jar," the Quintesson and the guard disguise their ship as Sky Lynx and later as a Decepticon to capture Cyclonus. What Decepticon were they disguised as?
