Hey guys,
Been very tempted to make a purchase of the new MP Megatron, but am unsure which site to go with?
Since, i would imagine, you guys have a lot more experience ordering from these places, i was wondering if you could advise me who to go with.
As you know, he'll cost a fair bit and i dont really want to spend my cash with a site that isnt totally cotia!

not after one of these myself, but; If you buy from a US supplier, your going to get a toy with an orange cap on the barrel. If i were buying one i'd go through either www.xybertoys.com based in Singapore, never had any problems I used to buy from theses guys regularly but havent bought anything recently. They also tend to 'fiddle' the customs sheet, so you (probably) won't get a nasty surprise when the postman comes calling. or www.neonmartian.com who are UK based. Again, never had any problems with these guys. MP-05 isn't on the site yet, but i'm sure i had an email flyer the other day saying they were gettinng him, you'd probably need to email them for a price. Also, with MP Starscream, they took deposisits, which can be quite handy as these toys ain't cheap! I wouldn't have thought either of these suppliers would be supplying toys with orange caps. |

Hey Hellhound, Cheers for the links. I'll give the neomartian site a shout and see if they will be selling Megs....think i'd rather buy from a UK seller, unless, of course, xybertoys are selling him a lot cheaper! Thanks again!  |

I can also vouch for Xybertoys, never had any problems. On their MP05 page they are posting a warning about customs and the like. I would wait a while and see how the whole cap / customs situation pans out.

It all depends on wether he comes boxed in robot mode, if not he might be a nightmare to import.
Has anyone here ordered a re-issue Megs and got it through customs OK?

It all depends on wether he comes boxed in robot mode, if not he might be a nightmare to import. Has anyone here ordered a re-issue Megs and got it through customs OK? He comes boxed in robot mode - it's been confirmed (although I can't remeber where I saw it). Xybertoys are very good (I just received the Magnus/Skywarp Classic two pack and the Classics Construcitcons from them) although you do have to pay when you order (as they use paypal). |

We've pre-ordered ours from HLJ, so we're just waiting for them to be shipped at the end of the month. We'll bet getting Starscream (at last) for our birthday (via ebay) from our parents.

I noticed the seekers noir Magnus made an appearance at TRUs will Megs have the same fate?
