Just a quick update on the Hasbro trademark applications. The December 2003 application for First Aid that Hasbro Inc submitted to the USPTO has now been Abandoned. This means that though Hasbro are using the name First Aid for the Transformers: Cybertron character, they currently hold no active trademarks or even applications for trademarks for that name.
