Ok I've owned this toy for over a week or so now. And for the most part it's cool. But that's only cos I've had it in robot mode for most of the time. I've transformed it into truck mode a couple times and it's like that right now sitting on my desk. From front view it's fine. Only thing bothering me being the short smokestacks but they can be replaced. It's the side view that bothers me. It's crap. Armjoints mean no side windows for the truck. The waist is heavily exposed and you got these stupid lil flappy bits near the wheels and even the leg joints are visible. I'm starting to wonder whether it was worth the money I paid for it. For robot mode maybe. For truck mode? Not one bit. Especially since I bought movie leader Prime on same day and I think both modes are superb on that one. The truck form conceals nearly everything (but the big gun though that can be removed easy enough) and even when turned upside down all you can see are the legs and they don't look as obvious as the G1's Primes always did.
It just feels like they almost got the G1 Prime perfect in the Masterpiece and certainly the robot mode is very good. It's just it seems like they gave up at some point and just have ya make do with some glaring faults.
I dunno. Have to transform it back into robot mode now before I start thinking about selling it.

Yeah the side is the disappointing part of the figure, but IMO everything else is pure ownage.

Yeah I'm gonna keep it unless I really need to sell something. The robot mode is great even if I am a lil tired of G1 Prime. And I have ordered replacement smokestacks to help the overall look too.

Also wouldn't mind me the Magnus version and would like to buy that transforming armor someone made for him 'Marks Projects' I think was the one I liked most. I like that a LOT more than the Titanium one.

www.marksprojects.com/trailermp2.htmI'd like Hasbro or Takara to get the guys permission (after paying him a substantial amount) to mass-manufacture this in metal or strong plastic or something. Would help complete the Magnus version of the MP especially since Prime has his trailer available. His does seem strong enough to carry four Alternators though so it's fairly solid.

I wish i knew how he makes this stuff. I was gonna make my own MP Prime trailer but this armour is awesome. He looks a bit too boxy though, and a bit cardboard-ey but the trailer in alt mode looks awesome. And holy crap i just saw his bumblebee kitbash! Thats exactly the same as the one im working on now! Great minds must think alike!

That guy should be given a job at Hasbro or Takara. His MP Megatron is so much superior to the official MP Megatron. The Magnus rules - I would buy MP Magnus just to put in the armour

Well the robot mode of his Megs does have some qualities that make it better than the official one, for example this version actually looks like he can take on Prime in a fight. Has a chunkier feel sorta like the Revoltech Megs. Can't say the gun mode is all that convincing though but it's a good try.

The hell? I was just posing Prime and his left leg came off. I thought ok might just be one of those things where they come off as a break preventer thingy and it'll just clip back on. It doesn't. It slides back into the joint but easily just comes out again. No clicky. The other leg doesn't come off at all. Anyone else had this happen? I ain't sure what to do about it.

The only thing that has popped off my figure are the hydrolic pistons on the back of his feet, and that was my fault. They easily went back on. If you still have the reciept id take it back and get a replacement since it sounds more like a defect than a breakage thats your fault.

Yeah I can't see how this came off. I don't see any breakage. Nothing fell out. It's odd...

Just having bit of fun first. Movie Primes stolen 20th's leg and is running off with it, while 20th is looking frustrated trying to get up. If I could find my camera I'd take a pic
