The street date of June 2nd is still in place. Just in some states its against the law to hold new items in stock that you don't have out on the shelves. So therefore in some places they legally HAVE to put out the movie figures they have.

Good for people and scalpers in those states.
I can't remember which ones it is, but its only 3 or 4 states tha have that strange law.
