Noticed we've started getting movie toys in the Argos stockroom;
370/5199 "Movie assortment" (Prototype Optimus Prime is the only one so far); 370/5034 "Movie Legends" a combi item consisting of four separately packaged mini movie figs (Bumblebee, Barricade, Jazz, Ratchet) sold together as one.
No prices on the system yet so I've no idea when they'll actually be available to buy.
Cheers, Rich.

Are they any good? I might try and pick them up at the weekend, but I have doubts about ratchet because of the colouring and it might be out of scale with the deluxe cars and look funny. Blackout is I hope going to be my favourite, but I'm worried about the kibble on his back.

I want Ratchet easily. He's got one of my favorite designs and I like the green. Blackout will likely be my first Decepticon (cept for Proto Screamer).
The ones I'm really getting impatient over are Ironhide, Leader Optimus Prime and the '08 Bumblebee.
How do ya actually ask Argos if they got these in yet? I had a hard enough time getting Titanium Rodimus Prime early even with the catalogue number and gave up on Classics Jetfire (finding him cheaper on ebay anyways). Most of the people working there I would ask didn't have much idea what I was talking about back then.

I just ordered two and was lucky enough to get the ones I did.
You can always ask them to check the stock room for you or view them first.
Blackout looks awesome if a little small, the back kibble doesn't look bad at all. I'd definately recommend him.
Rachet's colours look a lot better than I thought and has started to grow on me. The only thing i didn't like were his arms and fist.

Thanks. Got Ratchet and Blackout and now my low income bank account hates me. Gonna play with these a bit, then go through all my non-TF (and non-devilman) toys and all dvds and cds and try to put as much as I can on ebay. Cos looking at some of these figures (and their prices, particularly the Leader class) I'm gonna need me some funds if I wanna collect them all

The pages I used this morning to get the codes, while speaking to the manager of one of my local Argos, seems to have been taken down. Am glad I got mine today then.

My guess. They got in hot water with Hasbro as no Movie licensed products were to be released before the first of June
