Which will be the best version of movie starscream, the deluxe or the voyager? I mean accuracy in both modes, posability, not just that the voyager one is 'bigger'

There is no Deluxe Starscream. So far just the Legend, FAB and Voyager.

I did see the Fast Action Battler Starscream yesterday, which as its £9.99 could be viewed as a Deluxe one. But the FAB's are designed for younger fans, and I'd say to just get the Voyager one.
