Hi everyone, just signed up, sorry if this is not the place to post this but kinda new to this forum lark. I was thinking of parting with my gen 1 collection and was wondering how would be the best way to sell them and how to price them fairly. dont really have the time to list them all separately on ebay. would selling them as a lot be a dumb idea? have tried varius websearches but cant seem to find alot of uk sites which are helpfull. please help.

Selling them separately on ebay will proberbly get you more money, but as you said is very very very time consuming. Alternatively you could sell them as a lot to someone who deals in them (I'd be interested , which will get you the trade price for them or again on ebay, which proberbly won't get you much mkore than trade unless you're lucky.

Thanks for the info. got them all down from the loft yesterday, had a quick play lol. still got boxes for alot of them. Is there a guide for the price of them? have looked about on the net and they seem to vary massively, some shops in america charge a fortune whilst others charge nothing in comparison its all very confusing. should i make a list and put it on the sale part of this site for you all to oggle? oh and hi again everyone. this is quite a cool little site i,ve been haveing a rumage.

As far as know there isn't a good price guide site out there. Personally I use a mixture of prices from Toyfair magazine, current ebay going rate and an older printed price guide to estimate prices.
