The £65.00 burger is better - I remember I read an article about the beef that they used - Kobe Beef (Japanese too) it apparently practically melts in the mouth. Its so expensive because the cattle are fed beer and played music on a harp. Apprently the tranquility improves the texture and flavour of the beef. As for the music, it reduces any stress to the animal making it taste better too - I think this is the same rationale that is applied to the treatment of lobster. I use to know as student that worked for Loch Fyn and they would get the lobsters to fight eacho other - though they got into trouble - not on account of cruelty but as it effected the taste.
