Jap DVD exclusive Galaxy Force White Chroma

When I was moving stuff around, I noticed what I thought was my MISB Jap DVD exclusive Galaxy force White Chroma, had only one tape on top but not the buttom.

If anyone else knows or has one is it taped at both sides or just on top like the one I have?

I can't remember, though I'll check at home. Ours came in the wrapper still, so do you mean that part or the box?
