Just wondered if www.Ebid.net is widely known about? I've recently joined to start selling my TF stuff (and buy a few things too). There's a growing number of transformers dealers selling items on the uk site (including specimen-17 from this site). From a seller point of view the listing fees for selling are far lower (or free) when compared to ebay etc. Also theres the chance to run sale item for an unlimited time (or until they sell). From a buyers point of view, sellers list items at lower prices and with realistic postage prices as the selling fees are soo small. I'm interested to hear peoples thoughts on the site and to hear about any good or bad experiences. if you haven't checked it out already, take a look and let me know what you think about it.

Seems good. Not the best layout but easy to search. Just need more people to list on there to make it worth while.

Yeah, layout takes a little while to get used to but is pretty smooth once you are familiar with it.I just find it generally more friendly than ebay. Another good feature is that you get an email telling you when the seller mails your item (if they remember to fill the form in) which you don't get with ebay.

I had never heard of them but they look good. Just need more sellers.

Problem is, Ebid are way too small to be any worry for ebay.
It's going to need someone like Microsoft, Amazon, or Google, who have the financial muscle and public recognition, to properly take ebay on.

Yeah, made a few purchases off eBid a couple of months ago when I discovered it. You can pick up a bargain if ya lucky. I have a quick look every now and then, but as others have said, it needs more sellers. Maybe we should spread the word and turn it into a Transformers oasis! ;D
At least you can sell G1/Masterpiece Megs without any problems on there.

Those are a few of the reasons that i've started selling on ebid. Let's keep spreading the word and make ebid a haven for transformers dealers/collectors.
It's so much easier to sell single parts without having to pay silly fees (although the post office isn't helping with their recent price restructure either), which helps keep the prices down for buyers. A win win situations in my opinion.

I think its time that as many TF collectors parted ways with ebay, they have become so draconian and theyre linking everything in to paypal giving to muh aithority over the proceedings. IM GOING TO SIGN UP WITH EBID IN THE NEXT WEEK OR TWO, got lots to sell, I hope more people will also give it a go.
