I'd say just go for the reissue one.
Its the same as the G1 one, and you don't have to worry about finding a set of 5 all plastic, or plastic and metal ones.
Some of the Asian sellers put him up on EBay from time to time for about £130 including shipping, which is about the right price for him.

a guy in forbidden planet (wolverhampton branch) said they were having the reissue predaking back in soon at a cost of £90.
keep your eye on your local FB.
