One thing I learned at Transforce was that many Japanese wholesalers still have loads of Beast Wars Neo toys left over, which they never sold to shops.
It appears that Takara produced to many of them, and as the series flopped in Japan there are loads left over.

Tripitaka toys had Dirge Gun a while back very cheap which was awesome.
Other than that dealers at cons are the best bet I think.

Andy Warren has some, and can get as many as he'd like at the click of his fingers. The thing is they aren't selling well.

Id say the high end of reasonable. Depends how much you want them I suppose.

He used to be OK, but his prices have stayed the same / gone up whilst everywhere else has reduced them in price

Yeah I think thats a fair statement. I have bought from him a lot before, especially BW II and Neo stuff.
