KO BW ????? Help needed.

I could not find her maker Takara/Hasbro and the year made inprint.
Anyone knew where is it?
It is a KO or?

One thing I have to say, she does make one of the best posture for a BW toy.

Thats a Beast Machines Blackarachnia, which I don't think was released in the U.K.
I only know because I recently bought one on Ebay, from an American seller - mine has differently coloured 'fingers', though.

Peagreenbot, can you find the marking of Takara/Hasbro on it?
I cannot find mine.
I think mine is KO as it does have the marking and the colour scheme is different in some areas. There was no transparent olives colour plastic on the spider head, it is just black and does not has the destron crystal at the back too.
I got it in UK.

I am very impress by it and will try to get one from the US soon.
