last year I trialled a meet for a few select members at my place
the day consisted of copious meat products elegantly cooked on a BBQ
a large marquee was purchased to ensure the weather did not interrupt the proceedings and hopefully a good day was had by all
I'm looking for an idea as to dates when everyone would be interested in coming, however.........
last year cost me nearly £500 to host the day and I can't afford to do it alone this year for more people
I'll provide the Meat from a local butchers so it's good quality and not supermarket sh*te
if you want green stuff bring it along yourself ;D
I'd like people who would be interested in coming to pay £20 towards costs but that will be offset by every attendant getting a grab bag with at least one toy in it to the value of £10 which if you don't like you can ebay it
it would be a bring your own drinks affair too as I dunno what everyone likes and it's easier that way
gimme your feedback and I'll start organising
