ah well, *lol* guess it'll do.. Nah, it really doesn't. There are some absolutely pointless scenes, and thats the one thing G1 didn't havem if you ask me, everything shown was relavent to the plot. For example, we don not have to spend some of the episode watching a girl teaching cars how to act at traffic lights. Also, one of the kids who is apparently a boy has been given a girl's voice. Coincidence? I think not... Just poo work at the factory. As said before, the animation is the best since Mainframe, but the 'power keys' are still crude pokemon style moves and we have to still waste 2 minutes every episode to see someone powerlinking with someone else. Its like they have 20 episodes of plot, and they want to force it into 52 episodes. |

....why do I feel so dirty after watch that?  Annoying kids, poor lip syncing, boring plot.....and did I mention the annoying kids!!! Gotta agree with Omegatron, why do they spend sooooo looong with the powerkey thing? and its going to get worse. Sarfraz |

It is pretty awful at the beginning mate, but I do promise it does get better. The plot becomes intresting in parts and the powerkey think does calm down .. eventually! But unfortunately the annoying kids are to stay, one of the mad mysteries of cartoons ..

I actually didn't find the kids that annoying, well okay its only the start.. *lol* And the Cyber Key thing, its not that bad, just so long as they don't constantly over do the transformation sequences..

I think they have merged the first 2 eps into an hour long version, but i'd still say 'Haven' is ep 3 since 'Fallen' will rarely ever get shown in that format

I dont recall Spike commanding prime to make him bathroom so that he could go to the loo?!!! From what ep would you say it gets good?....relatively speaking. Sarfraz |

Hey the kids are bad..but what about the flashing of the lights when they talk to each other in ALT Mode?? I hate that!! Jetfire's whole windshield lights up!! Drives me nutz

Just watched "Haven" on Toonami.
Man, that was a bad episode...
The kids are annoying purely for the fact that they are there. They don't approach the irritational level of the Armada Brats but still... That whole base-schematics scene was laughable. As was the "Why do you use a crystal anondyne?" (or whatever)
"Uh, because we're an ancient and impossible advanced race and maybe, just effing maybe, we know more about this stuff than you?!?"
Oh, and that was the longest 50 seconds ever!
"Megatron and Starscream are 50 seconds away! You'd got to get over to Sector D!"
"I'll never make it! There's no time!"
"Yes you will! You have almost a minute!"
Um, no, now you have about 30 seconds. And that time was taken up by you saying you were going to go. Instead of, y'know, just *going*...
Grah, not good!

Yes that episode was pretty pathetic, I do urge you all not to give up hope, after the first 10/15 flatulent, boring and stupidly annoyingly kid filled episodes, the plot does improve a little bit .. and we do get some transformer action, none of this namby pamby garbage. In fact, I would start the series the episode where Jackshot (Overhaul or whatever his name is in Cybertron) lands on Animatros (or Jungle damn planet again!)
