Some of it...
Firstly the text says the height is 220mm which is about 8 3/4", much shorter than MP Prime. There are two ways of looking at this. Because of the price of the figure you would assume he would be of similar size to MP Prime, but in the cartoon Starscream was a little shorter, thus a cartoon accurate Starscream would be shorter than Prime
Secondly the prototype appears to be made entirely of plastic as you can't see any differance in materials...which leads on to.....
The price....£60 approx' for an all plastic figure which is only a couple of inches taller than a £20 alt!
However, i could see Hasbro releasing this as part of the Alternators line assuming its all plastic in construction.
It does look good though and I would love to see him holding the Megatron gun that came with Prime.

I'd only pay 60 quid for it if there was at least some metal on it. The chest, for example.

Surely although the height of the figure is less than MP Prime, the wingspan of the alt-mode needs to be taken into consideration - they'd be big old slabs of metal.

It has di-cast pieces it says so in the article. In the box with the black background the third point says (readig down) daikyasuto 'ABS' [something] (Di-cast ABS).
I'll look over to see if there's more mentioned
